SOLEA’S CANCELATION POLICY

 

Dear Valued Clients,

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Solea Medical Spa and Beauty Lounge. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

Please review Solea’s Cancelation Policy below effective October 15, 2014.

  • You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.
  • Same day cancellations will result in a flat rate charge of $25.
  • If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service or reduction of 1 service from your package.

 All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
